Product Description

I am seeking a company that can produce a Semi hard plastic product in florescent Orange color (My best guess is that a low density polyethylene would be a good choice. The colorant will likely need to have UV (ultraviolet light) stabilizer for use outdoors). I have a 3D CAD computer design disc of the item. The walls of the item need to be 1/16 to 3/32 inch thick. It needs to be hollow in design but completely water tight. The end nipples on each end must be solid filled plastic and a slightly thicker application of plastic in this area to insure strength. This build up was incorporated into the 3D CAD design.

My company is willing to pay the cost of mold construction up front (provided at a reasonable cost) and the initial order will depend on the per unit price quoted.

Should my investors see an opportunity within the first three months of sales they have plans of placing a considerable larger order the second time. Should your company be able to provide the product at a profitable price we will certainly make our future investment into this product with your company.

If your company is interested in completing the item past the plastic stage your company would need you to obtain a source for some small diameter nylon cord (approximately 1/32 in diameter with a breaking strength of 50 pounds) and attach 75 feet of cord to each unit.

Your company would also need to obtain a source for a lead weight to the following specifications 6 ½ inches by 1 inch x 5/32 inch thick with a 1/4 inch hole 1/2 inch from one end of the lead piece. (Approximately 7 Ounces)
