Desired Features / Functions:

1.The frame should be of welded steel and has to be stress relieved by tempering.
2.Hydraulic Drive, return of knife beam has to be smooth and prompt by accumulator or nitrogen cylinder
3.The adjustment of the blades gap and the value of gap are to be indicated by the convenient method for fast blade gap adjustment.
4.Machine has to be equipped with lighting – alignment, so as to align the sheet when shearing.
5.There should be provision for adjusting the knife beam in stepless mode.
6.Protection fence to be provided to ensure operator safety.
7.There has to be display unit in front side of the machine to display Backgauge Value and Strokes per minute.

Other Specification:

1.Motor should be of standard make like Siemens / SEW / ABB.
2.Sealing parts to be of from VALQUA Jpan and / OR Fietz Germany.
3.Cylinders: Surface to be coated with chromium plated.
4.All Cylinder parts to be of BOSCH-RexROTH Germany.
5.Electrical Control System: preferably of Siemens / Omran.
6.Ball Screw for Backgauge: to be of any standard make THK / HIWIN (Linear Guideways etc.)
7.Hydraulic Oil Tank Capacity to be of 230 L Minimum.
8.Painting Shade: As per Your Standard.
9.Working Temperature: 0 to 40 deg C
10.Humidity: Relative humidity is lower than 90 %
11.Power: 3PH, 415V + / - 10 %, 50 Hz.
12.All standard accessories to be provided.
13.List of Customers in India to be provided
