Product Description

1. We want to buy small-scale production line to make eva eyeglass case and carrying bags.

2. Our client is making jewellery boxes in Dubai.
We are looking for Foil Printing machine suitable for printing decorative thin border lines on jewellery boxes.

We want the machine to Print lines on the finished boxes.
Size of the boxes will be from :

(a) 40 mm Length X 40 mm Width and Height of 41 mm
(19 mm Base & 22 mm Top Lid) to

(b) 380 mm Length X 210 mm Width and Height of 41 mm (21 mm Base & 20 mm Top Lid)

(c) 260 mm Length X 220 mm Width and Height of 68 mm (51 mm Base & 17 mm Top Lid)

(d) Thickness is of LINE to be printed is about 1 mm

It is basically plastic boxes and coated paper is wrapped on it. Foil printing is to be done on Coated Paper pasted on Plastic boxes.

Our choice

(a) We want to do the TWO PARALLEL LINES PRINTING at the same time on boxes when they are closed.

(b) We also want to do printing Single Lines on Boxes when they are in Open condition.

We understand that there are small foil printing machine with A PEN SIZE guide / heater (either ultrasonic or regular heating) which transfers the foil to the object.

Please quote us the FOB price and also advise when can we see the demo of the machine.
