Including one battery expert , one mechanical structure expert , 4 main engineers in electronics and mechanicals . All products will be evoluated in safety , performance and appearance , and the productivity is sufficiently considered during the design stage , which makes the production process semi-automatic and totally automaitc to keep high consistency of products .
1.2 Exellent engineering instrument development team(4 people）
Including 4 electronic and mechanical instrument development engineers , who concentrate on instrument development for E-cigarette test . So far , there is no standard test instrument for E-cigarette , all the test items should be specially developed , we have advantages in this filed , in the past year 2010 , we have developed automatic injection and sealing machine for cartridge , E-cigarette battery test instrument , semi-automatic smoking test instrument and so on , and in 2011 , we have suceeded in automatic smoking instrument for both atomizers and batteries , which could automatically test the valid puffs as well as the cycle life time .
1.3 Strong and flexible production team
1.3.1 Adopt cell line , which make us flexible to arrange the production for both large and small order ;
1.3.2 Adopt the method of combining man and our own-designed jigs for production(we call it robot) , which sufficiently keep the consistency of production .
